I am not tail gatin'...I'm Draftin'
I am not speeding....I''m qualifing
Now these stickers are REDNECK....we live in the heart of NASCAR Country and more times than not that is completely evident...it is not strange here to be sitting next to Kasey Kahne or Dale Earnhardt Jr. at a stoplight.....I had my last haircut while sitting next to Jamie McMurray....a great number of them live here on Lake Norman. So race fans (rednecks) are not the minority here...but this was the first time I had seen these particular stickers so I had to share.
I have not one thing against a redneck....in fact at times I can be pretty redneck myself...just ask my husband. I have been known to lean up in the car and holler across my husband into a drive thru window....."hey...don't forget the honey mustard sauce"...he turns red and shakes his head.....Chloe and I laugh.

I'm pretty sure that Lily needs that scrapbook!
ohhhh, I love a giveaway...I so want to win!!!
I didnt comment about the whining and food so heres some kinda sorta expert advice from a teacher of 15 yrs. to kindergardeners.
I tell them I need them to use their "big boys" or "big girl" voice for me and when I hear THAT voice I will listen and help. I have actually really never had that not work. I think most kids dont realize they are whining so if you bring it to their attention they will stop....if not, I would tell her when she is ready to talk to mommy in her big girl voice I am ready to listen but I am not going to listen to whining....if that doesnt work just beat her..LOL...juuuuuuuuuuuust kidding. I would do a time out but rarely does a child take it that far unless they are a strong willed child.
As for food...I like what the one person said about keeping only things you want her to eat in the house. Now, if she wants captain crunch cereal for every meal and it turns into a battle I would give her a very small amount along with healthy food and tell her she can have what she wants after she has eaten the healthy food.
Hope it works for you....parenting is such a BLAST :)

Yummy treats. Yes please! My kids would happily starve. No magic advice for you on that. For whining (it sounds dorky, but it works) I give them the "eye" and then say "Please fold your hands and start over." The simple process of their brains having to tell their hands to do something helps them focus and calm down a bit. Then they are ready to start over and ask nicer. Lots of hand folding goes on around here.
